HydroOrganic Spa is a health spa which is a relatively young company established in July 2006. As the name suggests it is a hydrotherapy spa but with value added services to customers. These services include Infrared sauna, thermal therapeutic massage and platinum foot detox.

Although the term hydrotherapy seems to imply the use of water externally to relax the body, the spa's main focus is on the use of water internally through the cleansing of the colon.

COLON HYDROTHERAPY

Studies have shown that colon cleansing plays an important role in making the body healthy by clearing it of toxins. Accumulation of toxins in the body form conditions that make one prone to develop certain diseases. The clearance of toxins in the body is done through a process called the enema.

The principle service which the Spa provides is the colon hydrotherapy. Colon hydrotherapy is a safe, effective method of removing waste from the large intestine, without the use of drugs. It is also an extended and more complete form of an enema. The concept involves the mechanical process of infusing warm filtered water into the rectum with the objectives of cleaning and balancing the colon.

The use of enemas has been around for some one thousand five hundred years. Enemas were used for body cleansing amongst the people of ancient Africa, the preColumbian South Americans (the Mayans), Greeks, Romans, Chinese, Indians, Babylonians in Persia and elsewhere in the ancient and modern world.

The earliest known colon enema therapy was used by Egyptians and colon cleansing therapy was an integral part of Taoist regimen and teaching and the Sung Dynasty physician by the name of Chang Tsung Cheng had written extensively on its benefits. The therapy was also important in Hinduism. Hippocrates, Galen and Paracelsus who are considered the fathers of modern medicine enumerated, practiced and prescribed colon therapy to their patients.

In France, enemas were used on a daily basis after dinner for the improvement of skin complexion. In the United States of America, colon cleansing became popular in the twentieth century and enemas became the standard practice amongst physicians who used this treatment on patients in hospitals.

At the moment, the Spa has two libbes or drainage apparatus for the colon therapy thus enabling two customers to be treated at the same time. Professionally trained assistants are at hand to render the enemas safely, gently and carefully so that customers feel comfortable and relaxed when the procedure is being done.

INFRARED SAUNA CABIN

This revolutionary contraption uses infrared ray technology to

	-	help strengthen the resistance of human body against diseases, reduces stress and fatigue and accelerate metabolism;
	-	improve blood circulation and helps relieve respiratory ailments (influenza, sinus, asthma, etc);
	-	deep skin cleansing (rashes, pimples, etc) and removal of toxins;
	-	relaxes muscles, increases flexibility and relieves pains and stiffness (joint pains, headaches, neck pains, backaches, etc.)

MIGUN THERMAL THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE BED

In addition, there is also the Migun Thermal Therapeutic Massage bed which utilizies the principles of acupressure, acupuncture, moxibustion, far infrared rays and chiropractic. Thirty minutes on this Thermal Massage bed is similar to an hour of jogging.

This massage bed system stimulates the tissues and nerves around the acupressure points, 'awakening' the muscles that are not usually exercised. It also provides therapeutic heat deep into the tissues, resulting in better blood circulation.

PLATINUM FOOT DETOX

Our Centre also offers the platinum foot detox. The process makes use of the body's natural functions and works by energizing the water to attract positive and negative ions from both the body and the water.

This stimulation has a positive effect on the rebalancing of the body. It makes use of the 2000 pores in the existing membrane of the sebaceous and eccrine glands in each foot to remove by-products of excretion, which includes toxins.

The system can assist your body to rebalance its bio-energetic fields, which stimulates self-detoxification. When the electro-magnetic fields are balanced, the body's organ will naturally function better.

DISTRIBUTION

In addition to the various services rendered at the Spa, the company has a supply wing which distributes health products as well as enema kits for self use which are beneficial and supplementary to the hydrotherapy itself. The company is the sole distributor of a special coffee mix which is used to detoxify the colon through the use of an enema. The coffee is a special blend of ingredients which not only enhances the cleansing of the colon but the liver as well. This ensures the continuous well being of customers.
